This 4-building ensemble consists of over 200 residential units, retail & commercial space clustered around a generous central courtyard built on top of the supermarket on the ground floor.

Completed in 2024, it was designed as an independent quarter within the city, whilst being sympathetic to its surroundings. The buildings are of varying overall heights, the spaces between them beautifully framing the mountains in the distance. Atria and stairs between the buildings connect the street to the publically-accessible raised courtyard at the heart of the complex.

The facade combines light colour brick slips on the street-facing facades, and render applied with a brush on the interal walls, creating a subtle texture that follows the horizontal pattern of the bricks. Colour-matching these two surface materials with Sto products provides a varied, yet harmonised aesthetic in a timeless, subtle colour that complements the surrounding buildings. The neutral, monochromatic colour creates a backdrop for the greenery and for the distinctive golden chamfered window reveals and balconies that punctuate the facade on all sides.
