On Ikarosvej, south of Aalborg, N+P Arkitektur has created a modern villa with an expressive facade. Rising in the landscape on a small plateau, it overlooks verdant fields and forests.
In collaboration with the client, the architects selected a plastered facade that resembles cast concrete. To achieve this, the StoVentec R facade system was finished with the StoSignature Concrete 30 render technique. The lightweight carrier board ensures a simple assembly and construction phase, and the subsequent plastering work ensures a beautiful exterior.
