The innovative composition and fine surface texture of the washable paint ensure excellent application properties and a modern matt appearance.
Our StoColor PuraClean washable wall paint combines carefully selected pigments, fillers, and binders. What’s special about it is that the binder has a self-crosslinking property that is activated during the drying process, so that the binder wraps itself around the fillers. After drying, the plate-like fillers are arranged like small pieces of armour plating, creating a hard-wearing layer. The microfillers form a delicate structure on the surface. When light hits the surface, the microfillers cause it to be reflected in different directions, reinforcing the matt appearance.

In contrast to conventional gloss interior paints, the StoColor PuraClean washable paint features a matt surface. Gloss surfaces are inherently easier to clean than matt ones due to their texture. In the case of StoColor PuraClean, however, we were able to combine the durability of gloss paints with the matt appearance that is currently on trend – thanks to its innovative formulation.
How should you tackle stubborn stains on the wall?
Simple wiping
If a wall is coated with StoColor PuraClean, even stubborn stains can be wiped off directly with a damp cloth. The washable wall paint allows soiling to be removed without trace, even if it has been there for a long time. With a wet-scrub resistance class of 1, the paint is extremely hard-wearing and can withstand mechanical abrasion.
