This 8-storey office building was completed in 2021, part of a major redevelopment project in the Vache-Noire district. This mixed structure of wood and concrete is finished with a white glass 5x5cm mosaic on the ventilated facade, evoking the Pate de Verre used on buildings in the area during the 1980s. This facade material is also durable and resistant to pollution from the busy road below.
