Numerous surface materials donated by Sto were used in the construction of the clinic - on the façade and in the interior. Easy-to-clean wall and floor coatings from Sto ensure a high standard of hygiene in the modern dental and surgical clinic.

In April 2019, the Moroccan branch of the globally active aid organisation Operation Smile inaugurated a surgical and dental clinic that treats children with cleft lip and palate. The specialist clinic provides free medical support to over 600 families from the poverty-stricken region every year. The partners and sponsors of the project, which was launched in 2012, are the non-profit architectural organisation Article 25 and the Sto Group.

In the province of Oujda-Angad children are born with a cleft lip and palate to a far above-average extent. Until now, there have been no specialist doctors or specialised clinics, and many people were unable to finance the necessary operations in the capital Rabat, which is over 500 kilometres away.

Sto supplied all the building materials for the exterior and interior surfaces of the building; a cooling and heating energy-saving facade insulation system, durable facade plasters, textile wall coverings and low-emission interior coatings, acoustic ceiling systems and easy-to-clean floor coatings.
